Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone with tailored product explanations.
• Understand and resolve client issues with attention to detail while meeting risk/compliance obligations.
• Must pass licensing requirements and complete training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
