Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, greet clients, open accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools. You will work with the branch team to meet clients' financial goals while following regulatory requirements and providing friendly, attentive service.

The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and a welcoming, compliant branch environment in which clients feel heard and valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while adhering to policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
