Job summary

Chase, a leading financial services firm, seeks an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-driven client experiences and leverage digital tools to meet banking needs. You will greet clients, educate them on mobile and online platforms, and support account services while maintaining compliance and a welcoming branch environment.

You will build trusted relationships, listen actively, and work with the team to help clients achieve their financial goals through knowledgeable product recommendations

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and demonstrate genuine care.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand and help.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices in line with bank policies.

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent
