Job summary

Chase seeks an Associate Banker in North Branford, CT to deliver exceptional client experiences and act as a trusted financial partner. You will greet clients, assist with account openings, and promote digital tools like Chase Mobile App to meet daily banking needs.

You will build relationships, work with branch teammates to meet goals, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience required.
• Cash handling or cash management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability tolearn and explain banking products and services.
• Comfort with using mobile and online banking tools.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming branch experience.
• Provide account servicing and open new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs for transactions.
• Build relationships through thoughtful listening and product knowledge sharing.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling per bank procedures.
