Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, provide attentive service, and promote banking solutions using modern technology. In this role you will represent the brand with hospitality, schedule meetings, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will build trusted relationships, open new accounts, educate clients on mobile and online tools, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand and help.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow, leveraging tablets to check in clients and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
