Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and financial solutions in our branch. You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on digital tools, and help clients reach their financial goals.

You will work with teammates to ensure compliance, process transactions, and provide responsive service using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Banking knowledge and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Strong client service orientation and empathy.
Ability to learn banking products quickly and accurately.
Comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
Perform branch operations and handle cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
