You will help clients with everyday banking, open new accounts, and teach them to use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com. You’ll work with teammates to meet branch goals while adhering to policy and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening and collaborating with branch team.
• Assist branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
