Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve goals.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
