Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients in a branch setting. You will greet customers, help manage lobby flow, and assist with account openings while adhering to all policies.

The role emphasizes educating clients on day-to-day banking, leveraging Chase Mobile App and online tools, and collaborating with the team to meet customers’ financial goals.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or banking preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain banking products clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service tools.
• Develop trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling with cash vault or ATMs, in line with procedures.
