Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and drive client satisfaction at a local branch in the United States. You will greet clients, handle account openings and servicing, and leverage Chase Mobile App and digital tools to meet customer needs.

You will build trusted relationships through listening and clear communication, while collaborating with the branch team to achieve financial goals in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or related sales/relationship-building background.
• Comfort learning and using banking tech and self-service tools.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to explain products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships through active listening and tailoring product knowledge to client needs.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank procedures.
