Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through branch processes.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following bank policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, querying, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and use of cash devices in line with bank procedures.
