You will collaborate with branch teammates to meet financial goals while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes service excellence and care for every client.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a hospitable environment; manage lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product knowledge and solutions with the team.
• Support branch operations and cash handling following bank policies.
