Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted relationships with clients at the branch. You will guide customers through everyday banking with Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, and support account openings and servicing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with branch colleagues to achieve financial goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. A strong focus on hospitality and customer care is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in delivering friendly, attentive client service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow with a tablet and waiting queue.
• Open new accounts and handle account servicing in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking with self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Listen actively, ask questions, and partner with team to meet clients' financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with procedures.
