Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality and trusted guidance to clients at the branch, leveraging digital tools and proactive service to help clients reach their financial goals and feel valued.

You will greet clients, open accounts, service existing relationships, educate on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless, compliant experience that reflects Chase's brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or financial services is a plus.
• Ability to learn products, procedures, and policies quickly.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them to meeting times and services.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to reach financial goals.
• Handle branch operations responsibilities in line with bank policies and procedures.
