Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality‑driven client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, open and service accounts, and help customers use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete transactions.

You will build trusted relationships by listening to client needs and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals. Strong attention to detail and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience delivering customer service in a financial setting is a plus.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby and queue using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day‑to‑day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with bank policies.
