Chase in the United States is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitable service, greet clients, and build trusted relationships while guiding them through banking products and digital tools.

You will support daily branch operations, assist with account maintenance and new accounts, and collaborate with the team to help clients meet their goals in a fast-paced retail banking environment, using Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while ensuring compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships and partner with team to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank procedures.
