Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, greet customers, and guide them through banking products and digital solutions. You will open accounts, maintain existing relationships, and ensure compliance with banking policies in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will leverage Chase Mobile and ATMs to assist clients, educate on services, and collaborate with teammates to meet financial goals while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies and banking regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and product knowledge, partnering with branch team members to reach goals.
• Handle branch operations tasks such as cash devices and vaults in compliance with bank policies.
