Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality-focused service and build trusted client relationships. You will leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet customer needs, while delivering account servicing and new account openings.

Strong communication and team collaboration are essential, as is learning products quickly to support customers across digital and branch channels.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and ensure compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and mobile/online options.
• Build relationships through listening, questions, and product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while following policies.
