Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to deliver integrated workplace services for client offices in the Boston area. You will handle mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities tasks with professionalism and flexibility across shifts and sites.

You will support multiple client locations, maintain clean, stocked spaces, and respond quickly to service requests while upholding high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or administrative roles preferred.
• Basic familiarity with printers, copiers, scanners and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide mail, copy, print, scan services per client instructions.
• Support reception by answering calls, routing inquiries, greeting visitors professionally.
• Deliver hospitality services including conference room setup, restocking supplies and maintaining spaces.
• Ensure meeting rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked for daily use.
• Assist with facilities tasks like small moves, hanging items, and equipment issues.
• Communicate facility concerns to client contacts and escalate issues as needed.
