Job summary
CDW is seeking a Consulting Managed Services Solution Architect to drive strategic pre-sales engagements, developing security solutions for CDW customers. You will partner with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to scope services, produce quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFIs while building trusted advisor relationships.
The role requires deep expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud/infrastructure, with strong communication and leadership skills and a willingness to travel up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 8+ years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery roles.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, company solutions, and technologies to tailor client recommendations.
- Expertise in networking, cybersecurity, and cloud/infrastructure domains.
Responsibilities
- Develop assessment and service solutions for CDW customers including scoping and support for managed services.
- Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and sales to provide quotations and technical responses for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and SOWs.
- Price managed services opportunities to meet business goals and capture customer metrics for scoping.
- Maintain strategic relationships with customers and internal teams to drive growth and adviser-level influence.
- Lead and mentor solution architects, and engage with cross-functional teams to drive best practices.
