Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking a Solutions Architect to deliver architectural consulting and project proposals for our Professional Services teams. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, design solutions aligned with our standard stack, assess requirements, and prepare budgets and quotes after approval.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years MSP experience, strong communication, and knowledge of Azure AD, cloud migrations, and Cisco/Meraki hardware.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
5+ years of MSP project/solution design experience.
Experience writing proposals, developing standard solutions, doing client demos, supporting sales, and researching new products/technology.

Responsibilities

Analyze, validate and establish business requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution meets Convergence standards and client objectives.
Design solutions aligned with Convergence's standard stack and client requirements.
Identify functional and non-functional requirements related to integrations, scalability and security.
Research technologies, platforms and vendors to meet business goals.
Identify, prioritize and manage architectural constraints and adapt solutions within budget and Convergence stack.
Prepare budgets with a +/-% confidence; after budget approval, prepare a detailed quote.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members; support a mix of on-site and remote work.
Design, development and/or implementation of new products from design to production.
