Job summary

Valcourt seeks an experienced professional to join our client-facing scheduling team in Vienna, VA. In this on-site role, you will manage scheduling with clients, coordinate with operations, and maintain strong relationships to ensure service timelines are met.

You’ll communicate clearly, analyze client needs, and resolve scheduling issues with a proactive, service-first approach. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least two years in customer service or scheduling is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in customer service, scheduling, or project management.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing clients regarding upcoming services to propose and confirm scheduling dates
• Address and manage client pushback related to scheduling by clearly explaining the importance of maintaining service timelines
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners by understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements
• Coordinate proposed and confirmed schedules with the operations team to ensure resource availability
• Manage and facilitate communication between clients and upper management
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under time constraints
• Demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and a strong sense of urgency
