Qualifications

• High School education required; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications is valued.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Customer service experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry on large project orders.
• Prepare and revise material submittals for customers.
• Handle returns and credits.
• Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software.
• Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment.
