Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in construction, building materials, or supply chain is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff communication with customers, establishing project contacts and workflow processes.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for daily project coordination and issue resolution.
• Maintain consistent communication with General Contractors, superintendents, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely project updates regarding schedules, deliveries, material availability, and change orders.
• Coordinate with internal logistics teams and vendor partners to align deliveries with site readiness and installation schedules.
• Closeout & documentation support including punch lists, closeout packages, and pay applications.
