Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client-facing projects and initiatives from planning through implementation and completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate project activities across Client Success, Relationship Management, Operations, Product, Technology, Service, Implementation, and other functions.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and working sessions to maintain alignment and progress toward objectives.
