FIS is seeking a Manager of Project Management to lead and optimize the execution of critical projects using the company’s PM methodology. You will develop, prioritize and submit plans, budgets and methodologies, defining resources and performance reviews while ensuring successful implementation across multiple projects.

You will own the delivery, oversee project teams, and drive alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management and coordinating resources to achieve objectives.
Strong experience partnering with management to set priorities.
Highly collaborative with negotiation skills to align across areas.
Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Responsabilités

Assist upper-level management in formulating and implementing project plans aligned with objectives.
Facilitate data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.
Collaborate with project management teams to foster open communication and innovation.
Progress ongoing programs and projects to contribute to growth and brand in fintech.
Oversee initiation, planning, execution, and closure of programs ensuring scope, risks, costs and quality.
