Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, databases and systems.
• Ability to lead multiple IT projects and delegate when needed.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with time management skills.
• Stays up-to-date on industry trends affecting customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability of assigned client environments and performance.
• Identify configurations risks and deviations from best practices.
• Escalate high-priority items and manage daily work priorities.
• Lead client consultations to outline the correct path forward.
• Assist in client budgeting for future projects and needs.
• Provide training on new processes and technologies for clients.
• Generate reports on system performance, usage trends and costs.
