Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology in the United States seeks an IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager who leads IT operations across multiple locations, while staying hands-on when needed. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• DoD 8570 Level II certification preferred; ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum 8 years in IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise technology support.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise IT projects.
• Hands-on or working manager IT leadership with experience in ERP, migrations, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in IT operations, infrastructure support, system administration, and enterprise technology projects.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for infrastructure, networking, systems, cybersecurity, ERP, and end-user support.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals across multiple U.S. locations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP implementations, infrastructure migrations, and technology refreshes.
• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize servers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Manage IT vendors, licensing, inventory, contracts, and lifecycle planning.
• Support cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance (NIST/CMMC).
