Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience supporting Windows Server and virtualization.
• Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery tech (VMware, SQL clustering/replication, SAN).
• Proficient in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP).

Responsibilities

• Test/validate server and hardware configurations for reliable delivery.
• Maintain Windows servers and VMware/Nutanix virtual infrastructure.
• Configure Active Directory: users, groups, and GPOs.
• Deploy and troubleshoot app delivery environments (Citrix/Omnissa).
• Install and maintain Microsoft SQL Server and related components.
• Coordinate releases and patching; monitor security, stability and performance.
• Follow change management and provide escalation support when needed.
• Document systems, configurations, and support activities clearly.
