Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of professional IT experience in Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Experience in an MSP or multi-tenant environment supporting regulated industries.
• Strong systems administration knowledge including Windows Server and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Implement secure client environments using industry standards.
• Support onboarding projects from discovery through cutover.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
