Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support, implement, and optimize IT environments for a variety of clients. You will work across Microsoft technologies, networking, virtualization, security, servers, and storage to resolve complex IT challenges.

This long-term contract role is remote-friendly for Northeast residents, with on-call rotation and opportunities to design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions for diverse customer environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of infrastructure engineering or systems administration experience.
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, Windows Server, and storage technologies.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and security technologies.
• Manage servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network infrastructure.
• Support cloud and hybrid environments while ensuring performance and security.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on technology initiatives.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
