Job summary

DistributionNOW is seeking an Integrated Solutions Specialist to design and implement internal and external integrations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients. Location: Houston preferred, with remote consideration.

You will manage project requirements, timelines, and communications, ensuring delivery within scope. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving with a solutions-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to build confidence internally and with clients and deliver as promised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to deliver results, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Prior SAP experience (preferred) or understanding of ERP systems.
• Project management experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to identify needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
• Draft project requirements, scope, and implementation plans with timelines.
• Lead internal and client-facing integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to meet business objectives and requirements.
• Meet deliverables within established timeframes and communicate status.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams as needed.
• Create and maintain project-related materials and SOPs.
• Support internal and external training with the centralized training team.
