Job summary

DistributionNOW is seeking an Integrated Solutions Specialist to lead the development and implementation of internal and external integrations, coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients. This role emphasizes project management, requirements gathering, timelines, SOP creation, and training support, with Houston as the preferred location and remote options available.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, ERP/EDI experience, and the ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of company deliverables and offerings.
• Strong strategic and tactical problem-solving skills with a solutions-driven approach.
• Display of leadership capabilities.
• Ability to establish confidence internally and with client's organization and deliver against communicated expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills within all levels of an organization and the ability to work closely with various organizational levels.
• Ability to deliver results, prioritize tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, Smartsheet, and Outlook.
• Prior SAP experience or an understanding of ERP systems.
• Project management experience.
• Prior exposure to EDI interfaces.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel (at least 25%).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to identify needs and deliver solutions.
• Develop project requirements, scope, plans and timelines.
• Lead client-facing integration initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and clients on objectives.
• Meet deliverables within established timeframes.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical teams.
• Maintain project materials and SOPs.
• Lead recurring project meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor multiple projects and timelines.
• Identify risks and communicate them early.
• Assist training development with centralized training team.
• Respond promptly to urgent branch support needs.
• Evaluate processes for improvement and operational excellence.
• Represent DNOW ethically.
• Travel as needed (at least 25%).
