Alliance is seeking an Integration Project Manager for our in-office role in The Woodlands, TX. You will drive discovery sessions, design integrations, and coordinate across client IT, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless connectivity and timely delivery.

The role requires a strong background in APIs, data mapping, and project leadership, with a focus on customer outcomes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and OAuth2 authentication.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience troubleshooting data synchronization and mapping logic between systems.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority integration projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with third-party vendors to understand systems.
• Design and implement custom integration workflows using APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Manage full lifecycle of integration projects from scoping to post-launch support.
