Job summary

DNOW is seeking an Integrated Solutions Specialist to lead the design and execution of internal and client-facing integrations. You will manage project plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety adherence.

Ideal candidates bring ERP/SAP familiarity, strong communication, and proven leadership. Travel of ~25% is required, with a preference for Houston-based or remote-friendly options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong strategic and tactical problem-solving skills with a solutions-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and client-facing confidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.
• Ability to travel (at least 25%).
• Experience with ERP/SAP and related technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external integrations within scope and schedule.
• Lead and manage integration initiatives through cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, departments and clients on objectives and requirements.
• Produce project plans, SOPs, and training materials as needed.
• Hold regular project meetings and manage risks to timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes.
• Represent DNOW ethically and ensure adherence to policies and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to urgent branch support requirements.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and maintain documentation.
