Job summary

Crew2 is seeking a Project Coordinator onsite in Minneapolis, MN to manage daily installation schedules and serve as the primary liaison among customers, installers, and internal teams.

You will drive proactive outreach, ensure timely communications, and resolve issues to deliver a high-quality installation experience. A relevant associate degree or equivalent experience is required; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, construction, or project management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and interact with installers and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.
• Dispatch work orders to service providers and track status.
• Communicate installation expectations to installers and homeowners.
• Respond to customer inquiries, ensure timely updates, and resolve issues.
• Support production with cross-functional collaboration.
