Job summary

Orange Logic is seeking a client-facing Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment of customized software environments for our clients on the Orange Logic Platform.

You will translate client requirements into workflows, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices to optimize performance and user experience. The role blends technical work with direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in STEM or related field.
• Experience implementing enterprise software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive problem solver with curiosity about how complex systems work.
• Excellent time management with ability to manage several projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in translating requirements into functional workflows.
• Troubleshoots software-related problems in client environments.
• Guides clients on technical best practices and workflow improvements.
• Acts as a client advocate delivering white-glove service.
• Proposes enhancements to improve user experience for clients and specialists.
• Improves implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Performs client training on general functionality and customizations.
