RealWork is seeking a Website Implementation Specialist in Austin, TX to launch contractor websites built on our Duda-based template platform. You’ll turn brand assets, job data, and service mix into fast, SEO- and GEO-optimized sites that win local business.

You’ll review AI-generated copy, apply taste and judgment, and ensure pages read as if built by someone who understands the contractor and their customers. This is ideal for someone early in their web career with a portfolio of live sites.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of website-building experience with a live portfolio.
• Comfortable reading, writing, and debugging HTML/CSS without hand-holding.
• Experience with DNS and domain configuration and guiding clients through updates.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch contractor websites on the RealWork template, configuring layouts and content.
• Review and edit AI-generated page copy to ensure a clear voice and point of view.
• Handle light HTML/CSS customization to deliver on-brand results.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices across sites, including schema and service-area pages.
• Ensure typography, layout, imagery, and polish match RealWork's standards.
• Collaborate with Activation and CS teams to launch sites on schedule.
• QA sites across desktop and mobile for performance, accessibility, and accuracy.
• Suggest improvements to the template for faster, better launches.
