Job summary

AssistRx is seeking an Implementation Analyst to work with clients and internal teams on a fast-paced, technically-focused environment. You will manage client communications, gather detailed business requirements, and coordinate across PM, Development, QA, Sales, and leadership to deliver impactful solutions.

You will document requirements, write user stories, and create clear technical specifications and test plans while mentoring teammates and promoting best practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to gather complete business requirements from clients.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including PM, Development, QA, Sales.
• Document business requirements, user stories, wireframes, and test plans.
• Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor project team members and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
• Act as SME to collect complete business requirements from clients.
• Coordinate across functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align product vision with VOC.
• Develop client documentation for Development and QA teams (BRD, user stories, specs, test plans).
• Create clear user guides for clients and end-users.
• Share knowledge and organize team training.
