Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Installation Technician to join the Implementation & Conversion Services team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will partner with clients through conversion and implementation, handling system setup, testing, issue resolution and a smooth transition to production.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients during conversion and implementation to configure solutions meeting business needs.
Serve as primary client contact for system setup, testing, issue resolution and production handoff.
Support data mapping, validation and conversion readiness activities for accurate configurations.
Perform testing, document results, identify issues and collaborate to resolve discrepancies.
Educate clients and provide functional support to ensure long-term success.
