Job summary

259Rx is seeking a highly organized Client Success & Project Delivery Manager to serve as the central link between clients, business teams, and technical resources. This hybrid role blends client success, account management, project management, and Agile/Scrum leadership, with customer success as the primary objective.

The ideal candidate owns the client experience, drives execution, and turns plans into measurable results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in client success, account management, project management, implementation, or related.
Experience managing client relationships, projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities.
Ability translate client/business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
Ability to work full-time on-site at Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary relationship and delivery contact for assigned clients; understand goals and measures of success.
Own onboarding, implementation, ongoing support, product adoption, retention, and growth.
Proactively communicate project status, milestones, risks, and next steps.
Ensure client questions and requests are acknowledged, tracked, and resolved.
Identify dissatisfaction, adoption barriers, and risks; coordinate corrective action.
Prepare and lead client meetings for implementation, updates, and training.
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for account expansion.
