About the role

The Client Migration Specialist serves as the primary liaison for clients transitioning from other portfolio company products to Studycast. This role manages and coordinates the end-to-end migration and implementation process, partnering with clients to understand their business needs, workflows, and technical requirements to ensure Studycast is configured appropriately.

The Client Migration Specialist develops and manages implementation timelines, coordinates internal resources across technical, training, and support teams, and proactively communicates with clients throughout each phase of the migration. The role is responsible for maintaining alignment between client expectations and internal deliverables to support a seamless transition, successful go-live, and positive overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully manage the migration process to align client expectations and ensure implementation timelines and milestones are met.
• Review the client’s current PACS workflow and configuration, translate findings into Studycast requirements, and obtain client approval prior to implementation.
• Comply with project hygiene goals by maintaining up-to-date project status and task/milestone compliance.
• Maintain constant communication with the client during the implementation process.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure Studycast technology is configured to meet their specific requirements and operational needs.
• Understand equipment support and communicate level of integration with client equipment and all Core Sound Imaging products, proactively.
• Develop a strong understanding of equipment support requirements and proactively communicate the level of integration between client equipment and Core Sound Imaging products.
• Deliver exceptional follow-up and a high level of service throughout the implementation process, ensuring a positive and lasting client experience.
• Collaborate with the support, training, customer success, and sales teams internally to ensure a successful client implementation and foster a positive environment internally and externally.
• Collaborate with technical and training teams to develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge transfer plan that supports a seamless transition and successful go-live.
• Lead implementation wrap up activities to confirm client satisfaction and define future tasks for the client including the assignment of potential sales and support follow up activities.
• Provide constructive internal feedback and identify opportunities to enhance processes, driving continuous improvement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the implementation process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the role. Experience in healthcare technology, PACS, medical imaging, medical devices, or software implementation is preferred. Clinical certification or relevant clinical experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant business productivity tools.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, systems, processes, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training programs and supporting knowledge transfer.
• Knowledge of medical imaging, PACS, EMR/EHR systems, or healthcare technology is preferred.
• Strong client-service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships and support a positive client experience throughout the implementation and migration process.
