Job summary

Counterpart Health seeks an Implementation Manager to lead customer-facing implementations of Counterpart Assistant, coordinating across account management, product, and engineering to launch provider practices on time and with quality.

You will drive multiple concurrent launches, shape the implementation playbook, and deliver high customer satisfaction through proactive risk management and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and ability to build trust with providers and admins.
• Expertise in project management with plan, track, and accountability across teams.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to diagnose integration issues.
• Clear communicator documenting status and risks.
• Motivation for process improvement and driving adoption without mandates.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and hold teams accountable to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship through implementation from kickoff to post go-live steady state.
• Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent implementations.
• Partner cross-functionally to unblock issues and coordinate handoffs.
• Own outcomes, surface risks early, and drive resolution across teams.
• Apply technical judgment to monitor integration issues with product/engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process and playbook.
• Represent customer voice to product, engineering, and support.
