Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Facility Coordinator to centralize and coordinate services that impact the employee and guest experience across multiple sites. You will manage meeting services, mailroom, janitorial, landscaping, vendor partnerships and related tasks to ensure high quality support and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong people skills, a service mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with Site Managers and clients.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years working in a facility coordinator or customer service capacity.
• OSHA 10 HR or 30 HR card highly preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review of all work scopes with Site Manager to ensure they meet client's standards.
• Perform regular audits of janitorial, landscaping, mailroom and other contracted work for scope compliance.
• Understand scope detail related to all contracted work (janitorial, landscaping etc.).
• Building inspections to identify and report items requiring correction using our work order system.
• Act as the client representative to communicate work status and discuss projects and impact to customers.
• Ensure Timely Completion of all work orders and monitor SLA performance.
• Review open WO status report daily and ensure completion.
• Train vendors/contractors on work order and billing procedures.
