Job summary

EMCOR Group is seeking a Facility Manager to lead operations across a multi-site region, ensuring service excellence and strong client relationships. You will oversee budgets, vendor contracts, and PM programs while guiding a team of technicians to deliver high-quality facilities services.

The role emphasizes process improvement, performance metrics, and a commitment to safety culture across diverse commercial properties. Travel is required to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with operations and maintenance for multi-site commercial properties.
• Ability to travel 40% depending on location; 3-5 nights per month overnight travel.
• Must be willing to travel and participate in after-hours/on call support.
• Able to utilize a PC and/or tablet to access and analyze data in company systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned region and build trust with customers through proactive communications and updates.
• Drive accountability for KPIs such as work order completion, service quality, and process adherence.
• Ensure achievement of financial targets, including budget awareness, invoice review, and cost control measures.
• Supervise a team of 5-10 technicians and foster a strong Safety Culture.
