Job summary

INNERGY, a remote-friendly software provider for architectural millwork and cabinetry, seeks a Specialist to configure, validate, and maintain engineering libraries using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering. You’ll coach clients, run check-ins, and ensure data accuracy in production-ready libraries.

Ideal candidates have CAD/CAM experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of training clients both in person and remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software roles.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tool.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users and clients.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and conduct regular check-ins to review progress and roadblocks.
• Build and validate libraries for design-to-manufacturing workflows.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Provide training and support and create relevant documentation with the Content Creation team.
• Adapt approach for varying technical skill levels and ensure adoption of Toolbox and Engineering workflows.
