Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. is seeking a Client Solutions Associate in Los Angeles to build client relationships, drive product adoption, and support onboarding. You will combine finance knowledge with technology to deliver creative client solutions and train clients in using FactSet tools.

Ideal candidates have client-facing experience, excellent communication, and strong Excel skills. A 6-month foundational training program supports long-term career growth within FactSet’s client solutions

Qualifications

Experience in client-facing roles or support.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to learn new technology quickly and adapt to changing needs.
Excellent relationship-building and teamwork abilities.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Build client relationships by understanding workflows and providing solutions.
Partner with clients to understand business processes and deliver product-based solutions.
Provide support for FactSet applications and create custom models and automated processes.
Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at seminars.
Expand knowledge of financial markets while collaborating with multiple clients.
