Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year) in a STEM field.
• 6–10 years of AI, Data Science, and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms and full production ML solutions.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn) and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment.
• Identify innovative improvements via research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI initiatives.
• Engage with clients and guide workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
