Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 6–10 years of AI, Data Science, and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with cloud-based and on-prem ML deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production and optimization.
• Improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams for complex AI initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage project economics.
