EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI, ML, and generative AI initiatives across diverse clients. You will direct teams to design scalable, responsible AI solutions, integrating data from various sources and ensuring production readiness in cloud and on-prem environments.

The role demands strong Python skills, deep ML knowledge, and experience in DevOps, MLOps, and responsible AI practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 6–10 years of full-time AI, data science or ML experience.
• 2–4 years of direct technical team management experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with foundations models, generative AI and agentic AI frameworks like OpenAI, Langchain, RAG.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile (Jira), and CI/CD for analytics solutions.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps and ML workflows (data ingestion, transformation, evaluation).
• Experience with model retraining, feedback loops, observability and monitoring.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, software engineering and Responsible AI.
• Strong math, stats and OR, plus data tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• Excellent client-facing communication; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Continuously improve processes via research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams for complex AI engineering initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
